°  In one especially sensitive family law case, declined to find a biological father guilty of sexually abusing his two young sons after he had been charged by the District Attorney but not indicted by the grand jury.  Seeing through prejudices against him, justice was served by his exoneration, and has allowed him to be a father to his children.
°  Participated in First Lady Barbara Richardson's Task Force on Domestic Violence and spoke regularly at special commissioner and law enforcement trainings.
