Practiced law as a litigator with widespread recognition as a specialist in Domestic Relations Law and extensive trial experience. °  Successfully convinced a judge to give custody of a medically fragile infant to his grandmother.  The law was against the decision but the result was morally correct.  The mother died in childbirth and the father was about 18 and unable to deal with a very ill child.  Persisted through lengthy litigation, appeal, and re-hearing.  Since this decision, the child has thrived in his grandmother's care.
